Ugandan dancehall artist Karole Kasita, popularly referred to as the Dancehall Queen, has unveiled a new single titled “Panadol,” an upbeat Dancehall/Afro-Pop anthem crafted to elevate moods and keep audiences dancing.

This release marks Karole Kasita’s first musical offering after her successful Serena Concert. The track, distributed globally by ONErpm, was penned and composed by Dokta and officially launched on July 17, 2026.

Drawing inspiration from the well-known pain-relief medication, “Panadol” employs its title as a metaphor for finding respite from life’s stresses through music and dance. The song invites listeners to set aside their worries, increase the volume, and relish the moment filled with positive vibes.
