Born on August 13, 1982, in Mwanza, he has established a significant presence in the Bongo Fleva and Hip-Hop genres, recognized for his smooth vocal delivery, relatable lyrics, and exceptional storytelling abilities. Throughout his career, Fid Q has become a cornerstone of East African hip-hop, amassing numerous hits and achieving millions of streams and downloads across various platforms.

The latest release, “Okay,” features a collaboration among three of Tanzania’s top artists: Fid Q, Lord Eyez, and G Nako.
