Fik Fameica, whose real name is Walukagga Shafik, was born on January 10, 1996. He is a prominent Ugandan rapper renowned for his exceptional lyrical skills and numerous hit songs. Since his rise to prominence in 2017, he has established himself as a leading figure in East African music, garnering several awards in recognition of his talent. His eclectic musical style, which incorporates elements of Afrobeats, Hip-Hop, and Dancehall, has made him one of the most streamed artists from Uganda.

On February 23, 2023, he released “Wewe,” a soulful Afrosound creation that seamlessly combines melodic rap with captivating harmonies from Dokta Brain and Gloria Bugie. The production, handled by Arti, Chemical Ali Nicer, and Sound Dada Red, offers an uplifting and rhythmic listening experience.
